District 5230 is located in Central California between Los Angeles and San Francisco. We have small towns, farms, suburban communities, industrial centers and metropolitian areas within our boundaries. California's Central Valley is one of the world's most productive agricultural regions in the world. Whether you wish to go hiking in the mountains or surfing in the ocean, you'll find that District 5230 is centrally located to most of California's recreational sites. District 5230 has 56 Rotary Clubs of which 14 are participating in the Rotary Youth Exchange Program. Each year we host 14-20 students from around the world.
